We are interested in collecting anonymous, aggregated information so that we can show this on our web site in the form of "<prize name> has x number of views".

Your username and password are provided by you and are used when logging in to our site. We do not have access to your password, which is encrypted. You are responsible for your password.

Yes we use cookies to retain your login session and to identify the prizes you are following.
3rd party plugins, such as the google maps api which we use also sets cookies. In total there are currently 20 cookies that are set when you use our site.

The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to enquiries and/or other requests or questions. It is specifically used to send you your username/password when you forget your user credentials.

We do not process an individual's data. We do aggregate user data whilst keeping it anonymous.
