The Parliament of New South Wales Indigenous Art Prize is an acquisitive prize that recognises the achievements of NSW Indigenous artists. The art prize is open to Indigenous artists 18 years or older born in NSW and belonging to a NSW language group. The Parliament of New South Wales Indigenous Art Prize is an acquisitive prize that recognises the achievements of NSW Indigenous artists.

The Parliament of New South Wales Indigenous Art Prize is developed in a partnership between Parliament of New South Wales and Campbelltown Arts Centre and receives support from Arts NSW.

The Parliament of New South Wales Indigenous Art Prize is toured by Museums & Galleries NSW. The COFA Professional Development Award is supported by the University of NSW.

Prizes

  • Winner (acquisitive) - up to a value of $40,000
  • A two-week Artist in residence at COFA in artistic medium of choice.
  • Two weeks accommodation in COFA residency.
  • Solo Exhibition at COFAspace Gallery, COFA.
  • $500 voucher for COFA art shop and printing workshop.
  • Travel expenses and per diems eligibility.
