Call for submissions: OXYGEN – FRAGMENTED CITIES+IDENTITIES It’s LIQUID International Architecture, Video Art, Painting, Photography, Installation and Performing Art Festival Extended deadline: October 22, 2016 It’s LIQUID Group is selecting all interesting photography, design/architecture projects, video-art, painting, installation and performance art works to include in the next event: OXYGEN – FRAGMENTED CITIES+IDENTITIES,
It’s LIQUID International Architecture, Video Art, Painting, Photography, Installation and Performing Art Festival, that will be hosted in Bogotá (Colombia), at Jorge Jurado Gallery, from November 19 to December 19, 2016. Selection is open to design/architecture projects, video art, photography, painting, sculpture/installation, art performance, experimental dance. Artists, architects, designers, photographers, video makers and performers are invited to submit their works and projects by e-mail to lucacurci@lucacurci.com OXYGEN – FRAGMENTED CITIES+IDENTITIES is organized and curated by Arch. Luca Curci (director of It’s LIQUID Group).
OXYGEN – FRAGMENTED CITIES+IDENTITIES – Every human being lives relating himself to the built and unbuilt geographical contexts, the cities as result of human evolution. Every part of the city reflects the aestethic, cultural, political and philosophical values influenced by the production of architectural form, and shows fragmented pieces of urban life. Fragmented cities and identities can be combined as a big collage, to create the link between the man and the space, the city and the ground to find new points of view, new ways of possible life in contemporary society.
We invite artists and architects to share their ideas of cities and identities, in which they imagine to live. Extended deadline for applications is October 22, 2016 (11.59 PM of your local time) To take part in the selection, send your works’ submissions with a CV/biography, some still images (for video-art), links of videos/films/performances and pictures of artworks via e-mail to lucacurci@lucacurci.com Artists interested in taking part in our shows, are free to be sponsored and supported by institutions, organizations, governments and their representers; the logos of their sponsors will be included in all the communication (digital and print) of the events.
