The Mortimore Prize for Portraiture, Landscape, Waterscape, Still Life, Smalls and Drawing is named in honour of Mr Peter A. P. Mortimore who is a multi award winning artist and art teacher resident in Dubbo. His works, based mainly on rural themes, are hung in many locations around the world. The prize began in 2006.

Open for entry to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

Fees in 2012:

First work is $40 for each entry - no limit on the number of entries. A sales commission of 30% is charged.
