The Marie Ellis Prize for drawing was created as part of Jugglers Art Space artists' passion for Drawing. In collaboration with the family of the previous owner of the building - Marie Ellis - Jugglers has seen this competition grow in national popularity over the past 4 years.
Now in its fifth year, this acquisitive first prize continues to foster a focus on drawing from a range of emerging and established artists. There are three prizes, the first acquisitive [$4000], runner up [$500] and people's choice [$500 gift voucher].
The judging panel includes Jeff Hopkins-Weise [the late Marie Ellis's nephew] and the previous year's main prize winner. Other judges have included Mr Vernon Ah Kee and Dr Lindsay Farrell.

- Honourable Mention - $500
- People's Choice - $500
