This is a biennial event - every even year

The Lorne Sculpture Exhibition is primarily an outdoor exhibition on the south west coastline of Victoria, around the town of Lorne. The primary aim of the exhibition is to feature and promote the highest standards of contemporary sculpture in Australia.

The curator is looking for artists whose practice occupies or utilises the 3D, achieving high levels of artistic integrity, quality and above all innovation; artists who respond or react to the Lorne environment. The curator will be selecting artists who work within the contemporary sculptural realm and will be presenting projects which will include a mix of object based, representational, installation, site specific, ephemeral, time based media, sound, light, kinetic, happenings and performance.
