Fleurieu Biennale Art Prize

The Fleurieu Biennale Art Prize is a non-acquisitive two and three dimensional art prize open to Australian visual artists, 18 years and over. The 2026 theme is "a sense of place". Eligible artists must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and be 18 years or over at time of entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries submitted by eligible artists. Finalists will be selected from digital applications that best demonstrate: - artistic merit and professionalism - originality conceptual vitality in expressing the theme - alignment of the works with the aims expressed in the artist's statement

Prizes:

Fleurieu Art Prize - $20,000

Emerging Artist - $5,000

People's Choice. - $2,500

Curator's Choice - $2,000
