This prize is to raise awareness of childhood sexual abuse. The Northern Rivers/Far North Coast region has the highest per capita rates of visual arts in Australia which creates limited/highly competitive exposure opportunities in the local region. This exhibition will provide a professionally curated art exhibition in a large gallery space with exposure of works to an exceptional judging panel. It aims to let art provide a therapeutic tool in assisting the healing process. Funds raised go to Heartfelt House.

Judging theme for 2012 is How effectively the artist has engaged the viewer and communicated the theme of the exhibition - On light and darkness.
Prizes:
Fees for 2012:
$20 per single entry and $20 for each additional entry. A 33% commission is charged for each work sold at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery or 25% for works sold from the Little Art Shop gallery.
