To celebrate International Women’s Day on the 8 March 2014, the City of Ryde presents the fourth annual International Women’s Day Art Prize. Artists and members of the community are invited to apply for the prize and exhibition with artworks that connect to any themes surrounding women. Artists are encouraged to respond to the 2014 local theme s elfless a cts .

Eligibility: All entrants must either live, work, study or play in the City of Ryde. The exhibition is open to either gender with female artists encouraged to apply. City of Ryde staff, Councillors and FAIM Committee Members are eligible to apply and be selected for the exhibition but are not eligible to win any of the prizes.

  • Youth Category winner - $500
  • People's Choice Award - $250
