Prizes
- Major Prize: The Winner receives prizes totalling $5,500, which include $2,000 worth of photographic printing from the New North Gallery; $1,000 worth of framing from Fitzroy Stretches; and an exhibition package valued at $2,500 for a solo exhibition at the New North Editions in 2011, which includes gallery rental, full curatorial support, exhibition marketing, publicity, and opening night expenses.
- Student Prize: The Winner receives prizes totalling $2,500, which include photographic printing, framing, and an exhibition at the Gallery 2, New North Editions, including gallery rental, full curatorial support, exhibition marketing, publicity, and opening night expenses.
- Portraiture Prize: The Winner receives prizes totalling $500, which include a $250 Encouragement Award for Portraiture from BvR Arts Management, and $250 worth of photographic printing services from the New North Editions.
- People's Choice Award: The Winner receives $750 worth of photographic printing services from the New North.
